• Payment Terms: Payments are processed through our secure portal. Service delivery is contingent upon the receipt of agreed-upon payments or deposits.

4. Confidentiality

We recognize the sensitive nature of real estate transactions. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and transaction details, sharing information only with authorized parties involved in the transaction (e.g., escrow officers, co-agents) as required to perform our duties.

5. Limitation of Liability

KeyClose Coordinators is not liable for delays caused by third parties (lenders, inspectors, title companies) or for the ultimate success or failure of a real estate closing. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
