Refund Policy

At KeyClose Coordinators, we strive to provide exceptional administrative support. Because our work begins immediately upon file opening, the following policy applies:

• Service Cancellation: If a real estate contract falls through or is terminated, please notify us immediately.

• Refund Eligibility: * Administrative Fees: Any non-refundable "start-up" or setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Pre-paid Packages: Refunds for unused portions of pre-paid service packages may be issued on a pro-rata basis, minus an administrative processing fee.

• Errors: If an error is made on our part, we will work diligently to correct it at no additional cost to you.
